The amazing positive principle of leadership – part II.

When talking about the principle of leadership in the world of elemental forces in its positive meaning, it is necessary to add to this description the most important thing without which this principle would utterly lose its sense and point. The most important is the permanent interconnectedness of all stages of the hierarchy of leaders with the only one, all-encompassing Will of the Creator, of the Holy God.

The only and solely connection with the Will of God as with the Proto-Eternal wise starting point of Light and the Source of all Life, which at the same time produced energy for the rise of the entire work of the Creation, brings unity and order into the whole hierarchy of leaders. Together with this order and unity, it also brings the presence of wise leadership, which includes all the knowledge for the development of life in all levels of the Creation.

The same as it is in the great happening within the whole masterpiece of the Creation, this principle of leadership and of the Will contained in it also manifests itself in the world of elemental powers, working above the material planes to animate them, exactly through supplying them with live elemental radiation.

Thanks to this splendid, wonderful and at the same time natural connection with the all-encompassing directing Will of the Creator, together with wisdom, also unity and refreshing harmony are manifested in the work of the elemental powers and these are applied everywhere in the natural world, from the greatest processes to the tiniest ones.

Due to the principle of leadership and its unconditional fulfillment in joyful creative action, it is ensured that in the care for a developing bud of a flower it is proceeded in the same universally wise spirit of the Creative Will as it is in the care for the natural world of a whole continent or of all the Earth. Or even, better said, as it is proceeded in the whole of one kind of gross-matter in the Latter Creation.

A vitality incomprehensible for man, present in this unity at the same time, guarantees that it is not easy at all to find two same flowers or two leaves completely identical in size and shape in the whole world of nature. It makes the work of the elemental powers something that is unreachable for man in his present way of acting and thinking.

In the world of nature and its harmonious rhythmic repetition, there is nothing on the level of spiritless copying and mechanical imitation. Everything is unrepeatable and unique in its own kind, however, at the same time it strictly follows the only original Will of the Creator, which naturally contains everything. Just in the undivertible fulfillment, elemental powers draw from this perfect Will of the Creator and in their unrepeatable mastery and mutual complementation they introduce to the sight of terrestrial people a splendid and doubtless evidence of the grandeur and wisdom of the Creator, who is the granter of life, of the spiritual spark, which each of us, incarnated earthly people, carries inside, too.

So if the term “leader“ appears in the world of elemental servants, it always brings them just the highest fulfillment of trust, wisdom, grandeur and also the promise of constant mediation of powers.

What a difference it makes compared to the world of terrestrial people! And yet also the human kind was given this term “leader“ – helper, caregiver, shepherd, as something that should have been bringing, in accordance with the principle naturally vibrating in the world of elemental servants, also into the world of people just support, refreshment, mediation of higher powers, security of development in a wise outlook, the highest justice and at the same time an ideal of purity as well as an ideal of exercising kindness towards neighbours.

However, all of this was gradually torn down together with the human free will moving away from the prepared way in its decision-making, away from the way that had been wisely prepared for the terrestrial mankind, for its journey of spiritual maturation on the Earth.

Together with humankind moving away from this wisely prepared way, which had originally wholly reflected the amazing Will of the Creator, at the same time also purity, good-heartedness and justice were vanishing from the acting of all those who had been incarnated to assume a position that can be called as a leading one.

Throughout the ages, also harmonious unity with the Will of God, which the world of elemental beings still naturally and permanently keeps in itself since it does not know any free will, has disappeared. The elemental world carries inside in all forms of its activity just and only devotion and the willingness to fulfill a task or a service, for the purpose of which the respective servant or creature was brought to life, no matter if as a self-conscious or completely self-unconscious representative of miscellaneous forms and kinds.

What a great difference there is between the elemental beings´ fulfilment of their service, working above the matter with the purpose to animate it and influence the evolution in the world of nature, and man, who was originally meant to form even more beautiful pieces of work than elemental beings in the nature, is surely obvious to every reader, at least a little bit active in his inner self. The elemental world constantly fulfills its task joyfully and without hesitation in such a splendid and magnificent way that the human spirit, nowadays often exhausted to death from his terrestrial work, rushes into the nature, into the world of elemental servants, to recover and draw at least a little bit from the powers of marvellous elemental radiation of the world of nature. By doing so, the earthly man unconsciously admits his own decline below the level of elemental activity. It´s a shame and a failure that has no equal in the Creation.

Everything is warped in the world of the human spirit here on the Earth! The expressions that should arouse joy and the rebirth of powers are drawn down low into the darkness in such a way that instead of the presupposed refreshment they evoke just fear, distrust, and even hostility and irreconcilable repulsion. Just try to utter once the term leader in public! What turbulent emotions and negative thoughts it evokes today!

Yet in the world of elemental servants the term leader means the same as helper, caregiver, sheperd, in any case the one who brings the good, encouragement and rise through his connection with the higher worlds. This differentness should lead people who are still able to think a little bit deeper to the idea that the human society should and must still learn a huge lot from the world of elemental servants.

In the world of nature, every elemental servant who, for example, helps a roe herd when searching for food or water, every elemental being of water who leads salmon against the flow of rivers for a certain time, every elemental being of air who shows a flock of swallows the best way through the air flows and even every root-gnome who advises rain-worms and maggots in the soil how to work to find as much food as possible, in the world of nature each of the mentioned elemental beings is in a way naturally considered as a leader, who helps others with his radiation, abilities and wisdom that he could draw within the range of his kind from elemental servants – leaders standing on the stages above him.

Vivify this image from the world of elemental beings in your heart, link it with the whole and you will behold a little picture of life from the splendid whole of the Creation in front of your eyes. Join this picture with joyful singing and pure cheerfulness towards everything that stands in the way as an obstacle to overcome, and at least partly you will understand what the correct will for life is, constantly experienced by an immense multitude of elemental servants.

Evoke in your inner self a picture of elves looking after beautiful flowers of meadow plants, gathering and exerting all their powers to reach beauty in order to experience joy when an elemental sheperd looking after a flock of does brings it onto this meadow to be grazed down by the animals. When you evoke this inside and together with the joy over the seemingly destroyed beauty of the flowers you will gain the comprehension that their temporary existence was wisely desired, then you will get closer to the wisdom corresponding to the wisdom of a meadow elf. Moreover, if you manage to rejoice at the fact that your most splendid piece of work will serve just momentarily for the enjoyment or refreshment of somebody else without thoughts of sorrow or even pain over its temporariness echoing in your heart, then you are on the best way to understand something from the world of elemental servants in the nature.

Constant originative creativity is the sense of elemental servants´ existence. They work not for feasting their eyes and delighting in the final result of their work but their joy is derived from the work itself and from the experience of pure harmony of their life with the whole, being aware that every elemental servant, standing in the right place, accomplishes the high goal of great cooperation within the whole of the Creation. This fills the consciousness of these servants with wisdom as well as self-esteem and awareness of the high sense of their being, even though their wise work might seem the smallest and easiest regarding the effect. However, everything, even the tiniest, has its sense in the wise Laws of the Creation!

How much millions of people miss right this experience of their own usefulness and together with it their own self-esteem! And yet there is nothing difficult about it at all, nothing unsurmountable. It suffices for man to have a cheerful mind and the desire to serve, following the wisdom of the Creator´s Will in the form that is prepared right for his own life journey.

To find and accomplish one´s own way in terrestrial life! This is a general stumbling block of most people today. Yet even the tiniest elf, working and fluttering around the flowers on the nearest flower-bed behind the reader´s window, has completely answered this question for himself. He serves, listens to the advice of his helpers and leaders to be consequently able himself to lead and direct everything entrusted to his care towards the right guardianship encouraging the unity of the whole. This brings him joy that he further hands over to his fellows in the surroundings and he may retroactively receive back again their joy over the possibility of being. None of the elemental beings worry about the fact that their existence will finish with the coming autumn as well as their self-consciousness will cease to exist, because their duration is limited just to one season of summer annuals. What will remain afterwards, the picture of their work and fulfillment, will be eternally vivid in the chain of life. And that is not too little, moreover, it´s their best they themselves could bring into the Creation. In the transformation of forms and shapes, nothing ever stops, everything is changeable, lively motion, always forward-streaming unrepeatability, splendour and constantly refreshing harmony.

Why does man not try at least a little bit to establish harmony with this world of joyful fulfillment, with the world of elemental servants working in the nature?

It would bring him not only refreshment, but also the very desirable awakening from the deep, leaden sleep manifested so despicably in all places of clumsy human trudgery on the Earth.
