The Power of Thoughts

Many people still do not have a clue about what strength and power there is in human thoughts. In their minds they often play with dangerous imaginations thinking that if their ideas cannot be seen, it is as if they actually did not exist at all. Hence they do not suspect how irresponsible it is to send out hostile and impure thoughts and ideas.

By means of a simple example we can understand how human thoughts influence life on our planet. It will not be an explanation of complex life, yet it may help clarify something significant.

Let us take a clean glass and fill it with mineral water. What can we see? A glass with pure, inturbid water. If we drip a single turbid drop into it, the water in the glass will also become turbid. If we add more dirty drops, the water in the glass will become even more turbid...

Why exactly this example? Because it can serve as an analogy for the working of thoughts, or more precisely, for the creation of thoughts by humans on the Earth.

If we look at our Earth from a great height in the universe, we will see it as a small, round planet. From that height people living on this planet are not visible. Therefore we can compare them to pinheads or sand grains. In spite of this size, however, all of them together form a great power on the recognition of which their whole destiny depends.

The planet Earth has a protective layer, the co-called atmosphere. We have learned about this at school. However, it also has other encasements about which we have not learned about. One of them is a layer in the fine gross-matter consisted of human thoughts. It is the so-called world of thought forms. It can be compared to a glass. Every second all people on our planet contribute into this world of thoughts with their own ideas. We can imagine these as drops of water added into the glass. It concerns an inconceivable number of new and new ideas (drops in the glass) of different kinds, accumulated in the afore mentioned world of thoughts.

According to what the man is like in his soul, in his inner self, what personality he is and what his character is like, such are also the ideas he is constantly emitting and contributing into the world of thoughts. His thoughts are homogeneous with him. They can be good, beautiful thoughts full of understanding and love, or even evil thoughts, filled with envy, malice, aggression, hatred and such like. Unfortunately, the number of the turbid, darker thoughts is increasing much faster than the number of the light, pure ones. Thus the world of thoughts is still becoming darker, murkier, filthier. It looks similar to the strongly turbid, even muddy water in the glass. With its turbidity it is contaminating the whole surroundings of the Earth.

This whole process has a contrary action too. According to what the man is like in his inner core, the same homogeneous ideas he is attracting back to himself from the world of thoughts, literally connecting himself to the homogeneous thought centres. He further works with the thoughts in his mind and creates new ideas. Then he transfers many of them into written or spoken form and through gradual increase he transforms them into visible deeds and forms. How is it possible that man is able to attract as well as emit thoughts? They are subtle energies. All energies, including those that man creates in his thoughts, in his volition and sentience, are invisible to the physical sight, but they are energies that do not disappear anywhere and they are subject to the natural laws. Many of them finally do become visible and materialized, yet this happens only in the committed deeds.

Therefore the energies created by humans as well as all other energies that physics and other scientific branches work with underlie the same physical laws.

The basic law is movement. Thoughts are in a constant motion.

Another law is the law of weight, of gravity. Heavy thoughts sink downwards, nearer to the Earth, while the light, pure ones rise upwards.

The third law is the law of homogeneity, of magnetic attraction, which attracts the thoughts of the same kind. These give rise to forms of this kind and even to thought centres and entire worlds, levels.

The fourth law is the law of retroactive effect, action – reaction, which sends back to us the homogeneous kind of thoughts we have sent out.

The same laws will show in the glass of water, too, if we leave the water lose the chill for a few days. The heaviest dirt will sink to the bottom and, gradually, what is lighter will form separated layers one above another, and on the surface there will be the purest water. It is similar with our ideas in the world of thoughts.

According to the nature and purity of ideas, thought forms are gradually created in layers one above another and out of them the whole thought levels of different kinds, corresponding to the contents and strength of the emitted ideas. These levels are also awaiting us after death. Our souls will be attracted by them and they will necessarily have to pass through them. From getting stuck there they may be protected only by their strong desire for Light, which can also help them continue their journey to higher spheres. And for many people this will truly not be very easy. They will be attracted by their own ideas, by the thought worlds they created during their life on the Earth and they might get stuck in them for hundreds, or even thousands of years.

The heaviest thoughts can be found nearest to the Earth. And the lightest ones are absolutely above, on the surface of the world of thoughts.

As the world of thoughts has been overfilled with human wrath and wickedness for a very long time, the dominant processes on the Earth are of the same kind, too. That is why various disasters, wars or other negative events and realities take place on the Earth, and at the same time there are new and even more menacing ones approaching the Earth. This is how life on the Earth is formed and shaped under the influence of human thoughts.

Therefore there is one more question to be asked: Is it still possible to reverse, to change these events anyhow? Is there any way how to influence them? What can we, people, do to avert or alleviate the approaching ominous processes and adversities?

Much can still be rectified and other processes can be at least moderated. How? Simply through our effort to think purely and to become better people, hurting neither ourselves, nor others, nor nature. With positive thinking we can help dissolve and lighten up evil thought forms, even their whole levels. The sooner and the more people start doing this, the better for everybody. There is very little time for rectification. It is incredibly simple, but very effective. All of us decide on our approaching fate and life on the Earth. That is why every one of us should start with him- or herself and we should do it immediately.

Exactly for these very serious reasons our Lord is calling to us urgently:

“Keep the hearth of your thoughts pure, by so doing you will bring peace and be happy!”
