The Path of the True Knight

HONESTY AND JUSTICE

The knight is steadfastly honest in his behaviour towards all people. He believes in justice, but not in justice of others, but in God’s and his own justice. There are no grey spaces for him in the question of his own righteousness and fairness. He knows only right and wrong.

DECENCY AND KINDNESS

The knight has no reason to be cruel. He needn’t prove his strength. He knows that rudeness is the manifestation of spiritual helplessness.

The knight is polite even to his enemies. Without this external expression of the noble humanity, we are nothing more than animals.

The knight does not gain respect only because of his strength in fight but also for his noble behaviour in the time of peace. The knight's real strength is reflected in the constant vigilance of the spirit and exemplary self-control.

THE HEROIC COURAGE

The knight can raise his eyes above the masses of the people who are afraid of a deed. He never hides. He is full of heroism and courage. It's risky. It's dangerous. Therefore, knights have been experiencing complete, full and blossoming life.

Heroism and courage are not blind! They are smart and strong.

HONOUR

The Knight is aware that one never can hide from himself. Mainly he himself is the judge of his own honour. Decision which he will make and the way of its realisation, reflect his own character.

COMPASSION

The knight becomes fast and strong by the intensive training. He is not like other people. He develops within himself the power, which must be used for the good of all. He has got sympathy. At every opportunity he helps his neighbours. When this opportunity does not occur, he leaves his chosen path to find this opportunity.

IRONCLAD FAITHFULNESS TO THE WORD

When the knight says that he will do something, it is as if he has already done it! There is nothing to stop him to finish the task which he is to fulfil according to his words. Therefore he does not have to "give his word." He does not have to "promise". Words and deed are one for him.

OBLIGATION AND DEVOTION

What the knight does or tells, he takes full responsibility of it. He is responsible for this as well as he is responsible for all the consequences arising thereof. The knight is enormously considerate towards all he is taking care of and to those who are responsible for he remains consistently faithful.
